Tested the product a bit, it is impressive!
What I liked:
1) Essentially, this is the messenger that is already configured for a team, the only thing you should do is to add your departments and emails. Could be useful for any IT startup.
2) Issues creation, tracking and reporting is embedded. Slack supports integration with Jira and other tools, but to have issues right insight the tool is definitely better.
What could be added:
Since you have embedded issues, why don't add the requirements and an Agile board?
Anyway, the tool looks great!

We're glad you appreciate the ease of setting up teams. Simplifying the onboarding process by just adding departments and emails is indeed one of our key goals. We want to make it as seamless as possible for IT startups and other teams to get started quickly.
We're proud of our embedded issue creation, tracking, and reporting feature. Having issues right inside the tool provides a more cohesive and efficient workflow compared to integrating with external tools.
What could be added:
Thank you for your suggestion regarding adding requirements and an Agile board. These are excellent ideas, and we are actively considering them for our future updates to enhance the functionality of Wallow further.
