My experience with WATI has been transformative, especially in building scalable solutions for sectors that rely heavily on personalized customer engagement, like agriculture. We started using WATI in 2020 to build chatbots that could simplify and digitize farmers' processes, from managing their income and expenses to staying updated with market rates and accessing expert advice. WATI’s user-friendly interface and robust feature set allowed us to quickly roll out solutions without needing a large technical team, which was a critical factor for us as a startup.
The platform’s ability to easily integrate with WhatsApp has been a game-changer. It allowed us to meet farmers where they are—on a platform they already know and use daily. Beyond that, the automations we’ve built using WATI have streamlined customer interactions and allowed our team to respond efficiently to queries via features like “Krishi Clinic” and market updates through “Krishi Mahiti.”
While we’ve found immense value in the platform, the only challenge has been waiting for certain feature updates, like the delayed access to Meta Flows. Despite that, the overall benefits of WATI have far outweighed these minor setbacks. The platform has allowed us to offer real-time solutions to farmers, making their lives easier and more productive.
