Hy My Name is Sanskar Tiwari Well on the last day of 2019 i was just scrolling my facebook newsfeed saw one post by Amit Shekar { How to decide which tasks, projects, features to do/build first? Answer: I am starting to follow this which I had read in the book "The $100 Startup". Suppose we have 5 tasks - A, B, C, D, and E. Calculate the Impact, Effort, Profitability, Fit with Vision on a scale of 1 to 5. (where 5 means more impact, less effort, more profitability, more fit with vision).
