Work Rules! Insights from Inside Google

Hi, this book appeared 3 months ago. For all of us who don't have the chance to work for a super company like Google (or Facebook, Apple, etc), @bock_laszlo, SVP of People Operations at Google gives an amazing insight on how they hire people and retain them. It's just mind blowing to see that they apply data to every single aspect of People Operations. Not only that, the book changed my mind about the way I saw talent, which was a very limited view. I have had the chance to hire dozens of people and manage teams of +50, but after reading this book, all that I knew about HR seemed to be from the 80's. It's one of the must-read books for every entrepreneur or manager out there.
