This company is a Joke and it's not funny - Horrible Experience outlined ahead;
I was weighing 2 chatbot companies at the same time and today other chatbot App already responded to a customer service email in less than 4 hours. BotSonic took 4 days and still no solution. This is after taking 2 weeks to respond to my first email.
You guys should get your act together, it's too bad because you had what looked like a nice solution but your absolute LACK of customer service is a Huge Red Flag for me and I've decided to cancel my subscription.
You lost not only a customer but an Affiliate who has a YouTube channel of 18K subs
I hope you can solve this and become a better company but you have a long way to go!
Good luck and Good Bye!
Product Hunt should consider removing this company as they are nothing but trouble.

I am unhappy with how WriteSonic supported the people who bought their Life Time Deals.
- They used misleading phrasing, then rolled out new products that are not coved, and now the older tools that were coved no longer work. :/ (Article writer v3, does not work), be nice to use v5.. but nope... only option they offer is to upgrade and pay a high cost for that... So, we bought a LTD, told future upgrades would be included, and then after giving them our money, we were forgotten about... not cool.
Write Sonic treated the people who believed in them when they needed support like a passing trend, Why should I care about their future products? The community of supporters is gold to SASS products. Sure, it may not be for 100's of years, but some love would have been nice. But the Write Sonic team left a lot of bad feelings in the community and their are may upset people.
- Make right with the LTD buyers of your previous programs. Or not I guess... :/

Writesonic is a promising AI writing assistant with the potential to simplify and expedite the writing process. However, its reliance on AI can lead to unnatural and repetitive outputs. Users should approach it as a tool to generate ideas and drafts, requiring careful editing and human oversight to achieve truly impactful content.
If you're looking for a basic AI writing assistant to overcome writer's block and generate quick drafts, Writesonic can be a helpful tool. However, if you prioritize high-quality content with a distinct voice and accurate information, other options might be a better fit.

I added URLs that are definitely valid but your Upload and Train button remains disabled. I tried everything advised by the chatbot on your website. But still no dice.

This software is excellent. I use this everyday for my GBP and my niche websites. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to move up in the serps.

This sucks, character.ai is better right now. In botsonic theres alot of limitations, like you can't really set that alot of images because it isnt png or the image is not 1024x1024 which sucks. And you cant even make the character like you want because its too "violent". Just let people make characters they want. You also need to pay for alot of normal stuff that are free in other ai sites.

Voices sound good but it's way overpriced for what looks to just be a frontend for the Elevenlabs API. Elevenlabs.io gives you the same quality of voices for half the price
