Plerdy Heatmaps: A great set of tools for tracking user behavior on your website. It includes clickmap (how customers have been interacting with each element on the page), hot segments, scroll map, mouse hover map, and click sequence and events.
After purchasing Plerdy primarily for lead capture leads, I was pleasantly surprised to discover the additional features of heatmap and SEO tools. Up to this point, I haven't encountered any issues with lead capturing or utilizing the heatmap functionality. However, when I did have a question, I created a support ticket, and I must say, I was amazed by the prompt response I received within a mere 2 hours.
