It’s fantastic because it simplifies the entire creative process, turning raw ideas into polished content quickly. The AI doesn’t just assist with writing; it helps you structure thoughts, refine drafts, and even spark new ideas
It could benefit from more customization options for different content types. For instance, letting users tweak AI suggestions based on their tone or audience could make it even more versatile. Also, a stronger focus on collaboration features would be a nice touch for teams working on projects together.
The versatility across different media types like articles, podcasts, and videos made it a no-brainer for me.
Yep, the information architecture is solid. It’s pretty intuitive, everything is easy to find, and the layout keeps things uncluttered. Navigating between writing, editing, and reviewing is smooth, so you can focus more on creating than figuring out where stuff is.
Absolutely, it’s great for podcast scripts and video outlines! The AI helps you break down ideas into structured segments, which makes creating those long-form, detailed formats way easier. It’s like having a content planner that also pitches in with the writing.
From what I’ve seen, it handles medium-sized projects pretty well, but for larger ones with tons of media and complex drafts, it can feel a bit sluggish. Optimizing the performance for bigger projects, especially on the backend, would definitely make it smoother for heavy users like me.

Hi everyone 👋
I’m Frank, CEO of YouMind. I’m super excited (and a bit nervous!) to share our very first launch here.
We started YouMind because we believe everyone has ideas worth creating. But turning those sparks into finished works is often hard. That’s why we built YouMind — an AI creation studio where you can capture inspiration, explore materials, draft content, and polish it into articles, podcasts, videos, and more.
This is just our beginning, and we’d love your feedback. Try it out, break it, tell us what feels useful (or not). Every comment will help us make YouMind better for creators everywhere.
Thanks for checking us out ❤️ Excited to hear what you think!
@frank_wang123 Since it is built for multiple formats, do you also see it evolving into a tool that suggests which medium (article, podcast or video) fits an idea best?
@mohsinproduct Great question! Our long-term vision is to make everything transformable into content and content transform into everything. At this stage, we already support articles, images, and podcasts, with video support on the way!
@frank_wang123 @mohsinproduct In my opinion, the future of creative presentation will be diverse in terms of media, not limited to what we currently see. We are also actively exploring different ways of presentation.
@frank_wang123 Hi Frank! 👋 Congrats on YouMind’s launch—love the creation-focused idea! I’ll test it out and share feedback soon. Excited for what’s next! 🚀
@lvyanghuang Thanks so much for the love! We'd love to hear about your experience, and if you ever have questions, feel free to reach out anytime!
@lvyanghuang Thanks Shake! We're excited for you to try YouMind and would love to hear your feedback when you do!
@frank_wang123 Hi everyone, we’d love to keep the conversation going! If you’d like to share feedback, exchange ideas, or see what others are building, come join us in the YouMind Discord community 👉 👾https://discord.gg/7hs2suFEBk
@frank_wang123 Congrats on the launch, Frank! YouMind looks promising, but most “AI creation studios” already churn out drafts fast. The harder problem is supporting the messy, nonlinear creative process. How will YouMind avoid becoming just another content pump and actually help creators through that chaos?
@tonyabracadabra Great point! We’re not aiming to be a one-click content pump. With YouMind, you can edit sections through chat, set personal style shortcuts, and keep research and drafts together on a Board. The idea is to support the real messy process of creating, not just generate drafts fast.
Welcome to our Discord to learn more: 👉 https://discord.gg/7hs2suFEBk
@frank_wang123 @tonyabracadabra We provide access to different creative scenarios, ensuring that users receive support in their familiar processes. The best part is that we can connect these scenarios together, so when authors need them, everything will be presented to them as quickly as possible.
@frank_wang123 @tonyabracadabra Yes! The real challenge isn’t speed, but supporting the messy, nonlinear creative journey.
Here’s how we’re tackling that in YouMind:
Creativity thrives on curiosity. We start with learning, not writing—Board Creator sweeps the web and clusters sources, quotes, and notes into a living research board, grounding every draft in real insight.
Controls for divergence and convergence. Dial up randomness for ideation, then tighten constraints for structure; switch from “explore” to “refine” modes when you’re ready to land the point.
Collaboration fuels breakthroughs. Our agents act like co-creators, synthesizing, challenging assumptions, and surfacing contradictions from your sources, complete with citations, so your meaning stays intact as you explore.
The goal isn’t faster drafts—it’s better drafts that survive the chaos of real creation.
YouMind feels like it can become my personal AI-driven intelligence center. I can save articles, podcast episodes, and YouTube videos all to one board and instantly get AI-driven summaries and structured notes. Asking AI to help draft the study was smooth and insightful. From now on I will be able to spend less time looking for information and more time thinking and creating. I want to know, in addition to collecting YouTube, can I also collect social media videos like TikTok and Facebook?
@wayne_appgrowing Wow, you're really diving deep into YouMind, thanks you so much! We're planning to add Tikkok and Facebook support in the future, and our engineers are already working hard on it!
@nicoleastor COOL!!! I believe this will be very suitable for those engaged in Social E-Commerce and Mobile Marketing in the future!
@wayne_appgrowing
For now, you can download TikTok or Facebook videos and drop them into YouMind for analysis. We’re also planning to add direct support for more platforms in the future. Which platform would you like us to prioritize first?
@wayne_appgrowing Appreciate it Wayne, glad the drafting flow feels smooth. Social media video collection isn’t live yet, but it’s something we’re actively exploring.
@wayne_appgrowing Thanks so much for sharing this — love how you’re using YouMind as your own intelligence center 🙌 That’s exactly the experience we want to enable: less time hunting for info, more time creating.
Right now YouMind supports YouTube, articles, and podcasts. TikTok/Facebook video saving isn’t available yet, but it’s definitely on our radar as we expand supported sources. Appreciate the suggestion — it helps us prioritize!
@charlenechen_123 Thank you, Charlene. Good question! The biggest difference between YouMind and one-click generators is that we focus on editable AI writing support rather than fixed outputs. You can highlight any part of your draft and use the chat function to give specific instructions for local edits; You can also set up your own shortcuts to define a personal writing style and instantly transform other content into that style.
Our goal is to keep your unique voice at the center and provide an immersive workspace where you can research, learn, and create all in one place, without the repetitive feel of one-size-fits-all generation. That’s a really important point.
@charlenechen_123 Thanks for the great question! YouMind's Shortcuts feature is perfect for this. You can create your own prompts to generate different types of content, or check out what others have shared at https://youmind.com/shortcuts for endless inspiration and ideas that fit your style!
@charlenechen_123 Thank you for your question! I highly recommend trying out the New Board feature, which allows AI to search and organize key information into a board—a bit like a digital folder. From there, you can chat with AI agent to help draft content based on these curated insights. You’re always free to edit the draft as you like, and with AI’s help, you can easily transform your work into podcasts, images, articles, and more.
Looking forward to seeing how you use it!
@charlenechen_123 It's very simple. Just save your materials to YouMind, and then in the AI Chat, use our shortcut commands. By personalizing these commands, you will receive a product that reflects your own style.
@charlenechen_123 Thanks Charlene, the key is that YouMind is not only a generator but also a companion. By bringing in what you collect and mixing it with AI support, it helps produce content that is varied, richer and more authentic.
@talshyn Great question! YouMind is designed to help you actually finish your work. Each board is a project, and once you're done, just hit Archive and your creation is complete. Come join us in our Discord community to keep the content creation conversations going 👉 https://discord.gg/7hs2suFEBk
Congrats on the launch🎉The concept of an AI creation studio that helps users move from a fleeting idea to a polished final product is very compelling. I'm curious about the 'learning meets writing' aspect—could you share a bit more about how YouMind helps users explore materials and deepen their understanding as they create?
@janicelewis00 I'd love to share my side of story as a YouMind developer. For example if you save a podcast into YouMind, not only you can listen to it there, you can also get the full text transcript to watch it. Better yet, you can even have the nicely formatted chapter version with speaker identification. I would say that is a much better podcast listening and learning experience. Please have a try and let me know how do you think about it!
@janicelewis00 Thanks Janice, great question. We combine learning with writing by letting users collect and explore materials in one place, then use AI to summarize, connect and expand on them while drafting. The goal is to make writing a process of learning deeper rather than just producing text.
@janicelewis00 Thank you so much for this thoughtful question! The 'learning meets writing' flow is at the heart of our approach - It's like having a research assistant that remembers everything you've read and helps you connect the dots as you create. We've found this dramatically reduces the friction between 'I have an idea' and 'I have a polished piece.
@andrew_jameson111 Thanks so much for the recognition! We've put a ton of effort into optimizing the Agent, pushing its performance and speed to the top of the industry. We'd love for you to keep exploring the other features of YouMind!
@andrew_jameson111 Thank you so much! We worked hard to make YouMind feel intuitive and flexible for individuals. If you’d like to keep update of YouMind or share your own tips, come join our Discord 👉 https://discord.gg/7hs2suFEBk
@andrew_jameson111 We believe that the interaction of a good AI product is not just about placing a Chatbox somewhere, but rather it needs to be integrated with the product.
@andrew_jameson111 Appreciate it Andrew, making YouMind simple yet more tailored than broad LLMs has been our goal from the start.
@andrew_jameson111 Thank you! 🙌 Means a lot to hear YouMind stands out — that’s exactly what we’re aiming for.
Congratulations to the YouMind team! I really like both the founder @frank_wang123 and the product, keep it up.
@frank_wang123 @aaronzhu Grateful for your kind words Aaron, the team means a lot to me and we will keep pushing forward.
