Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I built ZipperPicker after getting gate-checked three times in one month. Here's the thing: I'd spent 40+ hours researching carry-ons across dozens of sites. I compared specs, read reviews, watched YouTube videos. And I STILL bought the wrong size. Why? Because luggage shopping is broken: → Specs are scattered across 50+ different websites → "Carry-on compatible" means nothing (every airline has different limits) → Some brands measure WITH wheels, some WITHOUT → There's no way to compare products side-by-side So I built ZipperPicker - the comparison engine that should have existed. **What it does:** • Side-by-side specs for every major carry-on brand • Airline size checker for 100+ airlines (will it ACTUALLY fit?) • Real dimensions - wheels, handles, everything included • Price tracking across multiple retailers **What makes it different:** We're not another affiliate review site pushing "top 10 lists." We built actual comparison tools with complete spec databases. Think Rtings or PCPartPicker, but for travel gear. Starting with luggage, expanding to backpacks, jackets, boots, and handbags - anything you'd obsessively research before a trip. **Currently in waitlist phase** with a gamified system (earn Discovery Credits, climb tiers, get early access).
