Love this especially for someone who struggles to get enough water in every day. It would be great if this integrate with Apple Watch, but other than that, no complains at all. This app definitely has potential to be very scalable and useful to lots of people in this world

Engagement and offering the human-to-human connection. People relate to humans, not a website or an app. If you can create a compelling story behind your platform, and be extremely responsive and accommodating/receptive to customer feedback, customers will take notice and relate to your mission and word of mouth marketing can likely get you to your first 100

Extremely vital. Humans relate to stories, experiences, and perspectives of other humans. We don't relate to a website or an app. At the end of the day, whatever you're creating, you'll need buy-in from other humans and the best way to do that is create a compelling and powerful story that others can relate to in order to back your business or app.

I'm going through the process with Trine Wellness right now and handling product development, marketing, and outreach all on my own. Although it's a lonely road doing it on your own, the one thing I can suggest if you choose to have a co-founder is to ensure your co-founder is as passionate about the idea as you are. If they aren't it's a recipe for disaster in my opinion because of the...

This seems really interesting. As the platform grows, will you allow people to somehow choose a specific therapist since you only have one right now, or is it mainly going to focus on letting that one therapist create a bunch of courses and only allowing the audience to choose a course from that therapist? Love the overall concept though and I'm excited to see where this goes!

You wouldn't go to a YouTube recording of a doctor when it comes to your health. So why go to a YouTube recording of a coach, nutritionist, or trainer when it comes to your wellness?

In an era of over-generalized pre-recorded wellness solutions targeted towards the masses, it's more important than ever to re-establish a personalized touch of humans (not a recording of one) helping other...
