In the first 4 hours of the day, upvotes are hidden. From my experience, you need at least 50-60 upvotes during those first hours to be on the featured page and you must get them earlyyyy. You'll probably be fighting against people using all kinds of gimmicks.

Friendship at work, yes or no ? (and why)
Controversial subject? With our direct reports? With our bosses? As a colleague? Nuanced or... obvious?

The social fabric of workplaces has been greatly affected by the lack of small opportunities to bond with other colleagues (water cooler conversations).
I'm a firm believer that one way to break silos is to match people by personal interests. Personal interests are not affected by hierarchy, departments or even location. These conversations used to be organic, but now they need a little help....

Sell the thing before buidling anything.
I have a side hustle that frames online newspaper articles for individuals. Before building a website or even having stock, I sent 50 cold emails to people appearing in eg TechCrunch. 25% wanted to know the price.
If it's an app, create UI / mockups and try to book demos with potential clients.

What is lacking for remote workers is social interaction & bonding. Since the pandemic, social channels in Slack have been booming for us.
In other words, to connect remote workers we needed a virtual space where like-minded colleagues are paired based on their interests so it would create interest-based communities within the company.

The shiny object syndrome vs being overly persistent. Where’s the line?
How can you distinguish between chasing after the 'next big thing' and being overly aggressive in driving your current product's growth? (Aka shiny object syndrome vs falling in love with what you've created)

Absolutely.
My problem: Remote work policies are a hot topic among employers right now. The main issue at my previous company is that remote employees are seen as not contributing to corporate culture. How can I counter this argument?
What if we had a platform that allows remote employees to actively participate in the business's social life, even from afar? That's what we are launching
