It's best to use marketing analytics tools like Posthog, which offer a decent funnel dashboard to diagnose bottlenecks.

I started my first company when I was 20 and had to learn lots of things in the hard way. If I were to tell something to my 20 year old self, I would definitely say go and work for a Fortune 500 company, better understand their problem space and only then try to create a solution.
With my current mindset, I would follow the path below:

I like using Lemlist together with Podify.
Lemlist is a great product enables you to combine e-mails and LinkedIn messaging. Which works way better than cold email alone.

One of the best performing strategy is to form community on slack or discord.
So far the top performing tools I've been using like Autotab or Lemlist are doing so. It is not only a retention strategy but a recovery and acquisition method as well.
