I used Macbook and Windows interchangeably. So, I can say what it feels like going back and forth between them.
In overall experience Macbook is my current choice.
However, about 3 years ago after many years on Mac I moved to Windows BUT I got it on a top spec Asus Zenbook which at the time (pre M Mac cpu) had better screen and CPU. It was a bit more expensive than top spec Macbook at the time....

Almost all is organic. Small caveat - I treat paid is when I pay. e.g. Google Ads however, it may cost you more, at least in your own time, if you focus on organic only.
Outbound is still valuable activity if you know what you need. At the early stages of product development (assuming indie venture has one) you might ask for advice, tips and different kind of help.
However, if you already tuned...
How do you balance organic and paid marketing efforts for indie ventures?

hi Simay, if one want to build something useful one should listen to users. It sounds obvious but in B2B sales led companies it hardly happens.
You can capture all unstructured feedback and analyse manually or use a tool (especially if you have too much data to analyse) to avoid sampling and bias problems.
I use our own tool ferilla.com to process ALL feedback including video/web interviews....
How do you leverage user feedback to enhance the user experience of your projects?

KPIs are different for different businesses as they are linked to business models.
Once you identify the top 1 or 3 KPIs, live by them! many companies like to measure as much as they can. I've seen as many as 20 for each department. Make sure you keep an eye on those that are most important and don't get distracted. If you change the way you measure them, record the reasons for changing it....

MRR, Churn, Active Users.
I find LTV/CLV to be debatable e.g. do you predict their life-time or look at historical figures. In growing businesses historical figures don't always paint the right picture.
I like CAC, and would add it to #4, just need to keep consistency in measuring it. e.g. Do you include Customer Success cost into it? Or only Acquisition Sales & Marketing? Marketing ALL...

What is the actual concern?
In general, productivity is higher than in the office. How many times did you see people unable to find a place/booth for a call in an office? Most meetings are remote. There is also less distraction when working remote.
However, if an employee doesn't have a dedicated space to work or distracted by family members, then one should consider working from the office.

1. Corporations have very slow decision making process
2. Corporations often provide better training (gain knowledge)
3. Startups have less BS
4. Startups let you practice and learn on you feet (gain skills)
In your opinion, what is the key difference between working in a startup and a large corporation?

I wish I can simply mention another app I'm using and the current app would get data and context by itself through API or not (aka self integration apps). I find biggest limitation of inbuilt AI is missing all other items for consideration. Microsoft Co-Pilot is trying to solve the problem with the corporate data in your OneDrive and Emails (Microsoft universe) but there are so many other tools...

UI is good. Copy doesn't say what is it for... what problem does it solve and for who? It talks about functionality. A visitor only start to get a glimpse of sense of what to do with it when get to customers quotes (if one would scroll down and want to figure it out).
Think of your customers, what problem does it solve for them? Or what problem did you have that prompted you to create this...

All of them are important. If all is working well, would you still want them to contact Customer Support?
If not, then, Time to Resolve (TTR) is one of the key metrics.

Upvotes gets you higher. Comments give you an opportunity to learn and maybe even an insight that can help you to improve. So, the Upvotes are valuable but passive the Comments are valuable and active.

What content marketing types do you find most effective and in what order?
It was alway difficult to do accurate leads attribution.
Lately, some companies started to produce different types of content without even expectation that they would be able to accurately measure individual performance of each piece of content.
What sequences and content types do you find most effective?

Good stats. I thought the percentage of views with no sound is even higher. Thank you for sharing. There is a whole new direction in marketing of providing content to audience without ability to track and to do accurate attribution. People don't click but still consume.
