Hey Product Hunters! I'm Amal and super exciting to announce Comfi after waiting 365 days to launch! π₯³
We're on a mission to unburden SaaS spend and today is our first public step towards that goal.
π€ Problem
Comfi helps both buyers and sellers of SaaS.
Some customers can afford to pay up front, and love the idea of getting a discount for doing so.
Other customers are cash-strapped and...

As a startup founder, I believe that multitasking can be both good and bad, depending on the situation. On the one hand, being able to juggle multiple tasks at once can help you be more productive and efficient with your time. This can be especially important when you have a lot of different things to do and need to make progress on all of them.
However, multitasking can also be bad if you're...

As a startup founder, I believe that both marketing and sales are equally important for the success of a product. However, I would say that it's best to start with marketing first before diving into sales.
When you're starting out, you need to create awareness around your product and generate interest among potential customers. This is where marketing comes in. By promoting your product...

As a startup founder, I always value feedback from users and customers as it helps me improve my product. One of the best pieces of advice I received from a user was to simplify the user interface of my product.
The user explained that while they loved the concept and functionality of my product, they found it difficult to navigate and use. They suggested that I simplify the user interface and...

When we first launched our product, our initial focus was on getting feedback and iterating quickly based on that feedback. So, we reached out to our personal networks and asked them to test the product and provide feedback. This helped us to refine the product and make it more appealing to potential users.

As a startup founder, I've found that the best way to find early adopters for your new product is by networking and reaching out to your existing network. You can start by sharing your product with your friends, family, and colleagues and asking them for their feedback. From there, you can expand your outreach to relevant communities, such as industry-specific forums, social media groups, and...

As a fellow builder, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to stay motivated on a long journey. One of the things that has helped me is setting clear goals for myself. When you have specific, measurable goals to work towards, it can give you a sense of direction and purpose, and help you stay motivated.
Another thing I've found helpful is celebrating small wins. Sometimes the journey to...

As a startup founder, I spend a significant amount of time searching for information. Whether it's researching market trends, analyzing competitors, or exploring new tools and technologies, staying informed is critical to the success of my business. I typically allocate a few hours each day to reading industry publications, browsing forums and social media, and conducting targeted searches to...

In my opinion, the most important factor in the success of a product is whether or not it meets a real need or solves a real problem for its target audience. If a product doesn't offer any real value or doesn't solve a problem that people actually have, it's unlikely to be successful in the long run.
Another important factor is the user experience. A product that is easy to use, intuitive, and...

Do you offer payment flexibility to SaaS customers?
Some startups are cash-strapped now and can't afford to pay the lump sum for the annual contract.
Do you utilize any customers financing providers to help your customers get the annual discounts, but pay monthly, while you, as a seller, get paid upfront?

We were struggling to pay off for our subscriptions while we were a seed stage SaaS startup who heavily depended on a few major SaaS subscriptions to support our operations.
And we started Comfi to help SMBs and startups enjoy the annual discounts, but pay off monthly for annual subscriptions.
On the other side, we help SaaS vendors close more annual plans.

As a startup founder, I know how important a successful PH launch can be for your product. In my experience, the most critical step for a successful PH launch is to have a solid pre-launch plan in place.
What this means is that you need to take the time to build up excitement and anticipation for your launch before the actual day arrives. One way to do this is by building relationships with...
