Great tips - number 3 is so important and the one I struggled with the most when I first started remote working.
Only other tip I would add is hydrate - if your work space does not give you a line of sight to the kitchen, make sure you have a bottle (or big glass) of water with you. On busy days, if I don't have my water bottle with me, I genuinely forget to drink.

Definitely research the prospect (company and persona) so you can personalise the email - be direct and match actual or potential pain points (common in the industry for example) to why your solution can help.

Depends on the type of meetings - standard business as usual, virtual is totally fine but any team bonding sessions and/or QBRs for example, in person meetings are usually better

For now, collaboration and productivity tools are key but I definitely see AR/VR being more relevant in the near future. AI would be an interesting one as well to keep an eye on.

Maybe this will come across as a bit cheeky but I'm really excited about our launch next week:

Heard so much about Airtable but have not personally used it - was not a fan of Google Sheets when I started using them but they've become 2nd nature now. To those who switched from Sheets to Airtable, what convinced you to do so?

Agree with all of the above but it will also be about value - what value does your product/solution offers and is that value something so important your customers/prospects cannot do without it (i.e. what are the trade offs if you have or do not have the product/solution). Relationships will be more important than ever - it won't just be about new logos but also expanding existing accounts....

Hi Olive, I really like the overall vibe of your product page - it's bright and cheery which is great when a to-do list is usually dreary...also really like the tag line but I couldn't see what the product/app would look like on a phone screen since it's cut off.

Both! Videos are better though if it's instructional (like a demo or walkthrough) so you have the visualisation in front of you.

Very partial to PP which is my go-to for presentation but am always open to something new. Google Slides and Keynote are too basic in my opinion so not a big fan. I've recently started using Zoho - so far so good.
Any other recommendations?
