I would say when there are actual needs and pain points, the aesthetic can be add ons but definitely not a determinator. But having a good user experience is the baseline of any successful product as it keeps user coming back.

It's definitely a hard one! I work from home so I feel it's even more difficult to stay self motivated. I would say to switch environment and work in cafe/ library to stay focused

I think many products/ businesses are built on top of the success of a community. So I'll say run the community with passion and effort. And definitely less AI in this case :D

Seems like a super simple way to gather feedback specifically for apps. I wish the demo video is shorter straight to the point. How will the customer view app through the link?
