Cold emails work if done properly! Although "cold", they should be relevant, personalized (most importantly), and honest. "Copy-paste" cold emails rarely worked for me!

I think it does! To me creativity is all about "finding new ways" as well as "putting the pieces together": being able to do both is key for any PM in my opinion. So yes, trying to boost your creativity can indeed make you a better product manager 😁

I try to scan the information that is available to find out if the course covers the fundamentals of the topic. I prefer courses where solid basics are provided before going into applications and hands on stuff. I think that if you truly want to learn something, you need to start with the fundamentals.

Yes, 5 minutes deep breathing to achieve the right focus to start the day. It might sound silly, but it works very well for me :)

I share your rituals and I would add sunbathing if possible! It’s crazy what 5-10 minutes of direct sunlight within your first hour awake can help with energy and productivity. Also: meditation, especially if I’m feeling the focus is drifting away mid-day :)
