What 'house cleaning' jobs do you complete with your team during the holiday lull?
We're reaffirming our roadmap, clarifying immediate next steps for end-of-year and next year, and getting in those follow-up meetings now that some of our clients have the time.

How are you marketing your key differences from competitors?
Also, if you're a totally new concept, how did you find that key pitch that showed value to your users?

I've learned it's a numbers game. Sending to a lot of people consistently is key. You might get a 8% open rate and .5% reply rate, and that means you can test things and try for higher.
For me, identifying pain points I can help them avoid and selling the experience of working with my team seems to work well, and leaving it open for them to schedule a meeting with me.
As far as...

I prefer whichever will give me good, concise information. If it looks like it's going to take me a long time to gather the information I need, I end up switching sources. I want a source that will help me understand quickly without filler text or content.

What does you Linkedin Strategy Look Like?
I use it often to connect with people I meet and as a touchpoint in the sales process, but I don't always post a ton of consistent content (yet, working on it). I'm curious as to how others are using Linkedin as a promotional tool and for network growth.

How do you approach feedback for your product?
I'm talking through a few options for feedback with my team and curious to how you all approach feedback for your SaaS product. We've started with meetings with some of the clients we have the most rapport with, but I'd like to speed up that feedback process for newer customers.

Post-Launch: What I learned
It's been a couple weeks since my team and I launched mDash here on Product Hunt. Here's a few things I learned so far:
1) Start marketing your product and launch early. Go full-force on each platform that makes sense at least 6mo or more ahead of time. PH-specific, start building a network here as early as you can and be consistent.
2) Get as much feedback as you can from initial users. The...

Anyone know some good places to source beta testers and ask for feedback?
We launched mDash, our AI-powered project management tool built for web development, earlier this week. We got a decent amount of traction and sourced some new users, but we're really looking for more feedback than what we managed to generate on PH with our launch.
Any advice?
If you'd like to help, we'd love your support. You can sign up to try the dash at https://getmdash.com.

We launched mDash (our AI-powered project management tool built specifically for web development) to open beta today here on PH, and we're offering a discount on the paid tiers of our product. We'll see how well it works, as this is my first time launching a product, but hopefully that piques the interest of some people!
What are some of the incentives that you gave to beta-testers?
