Been using ZipMessage for a while now, huge fan! All of our work is async by default, so having the ability to organize high-fidelity video conversations async has been amazing. We use Notion for pretty much everything, and as we've adopted ZM we've started associating a ZM conversation link with each project to give us a long-running space for async video comms. Congrats on the launch! Looks like a cool product with a pretty wide range of features. No small feat to get all this put together over time. I will say, I noticed some strange discrepancies while reading through the Intercom comparison page. For example, you can track events in Intercom. You can send email in Intercom. You can collect user data in Intercom. I've been using Intercom for 5 or 6...
