A few things that help me with juggling many tasks:
β’ 1-2 days/ week with no meetings at all. It does wonders for my productivity. We've set up async standups in the team and I'll rarely set up a call on that day
β’ Experiment on what is the ideal time to focus on your side gig: for many it's early in the morning but others prefer to do it in the evening or during the day.
β’ Dedicated time to...

Cool project! Personally, I haven't really gone the pen and paper way. I keep track of expenses on my bank app (they are tagged in different categories automatically) and my subscriptions on Notion.
Agree with the progress bar. Would also be cool to see tips on saving and insights on my spending/ saving activities (if it has gone up certain months, etc).
What are your Must-Have features in a saving & budgeting app?

Have 1-1 conversations with 20-40 people who you think are facing this problem and ask a ton of questions. Reflect on the patterns you see. The most important thing is to deeply understand the problem.

For Wonderpath, we built it ourselves most of the time. After some months of working on the product, we hired a freelancer to help us improve the UX/ visual identity of the product.
The biggest challenge I think is keeping it consistent. In the early days, you create bits and pieces of your visual identity as the need pops up (the website, an article feature here, a campaign idea there, etc)...
How do you create your visual identity for your product, side project or MVP?

Good luck with the launch, Sofya!
Personally, I prefer Slack as it's already part of my stack. I tend to forget to check out Discord.
I want to make a group chat for beta users. Slack or Discord?

We use a combination of Miro (for customer interviews or mapping different opportunities to move a metric) and Coda (for everything else).
As we onboard our early adopters via 1-1 calls there's a ton of information, we've found that it's easier for us to collect these via post-its than fully documenting them on tables or doc pages.

We've used Maze to run an A/B test on content (product and email) and send it across to some of our users (here is a helpful guide: https://maze.co/blog/content-testing/).
We've also run a qualitative test in calls with our early adopters - can do wonders if you're an early-stage team and don't have a big volume of subscribers to really run an A/B test.
How do you test your email copy? βπ»

Having a strong support group is so important! For me, it also helps to
- separate the success/failure of the project from my personal learning and growth
- remind myself that we are all winging it :)
