There are many low cost or even free AI tools you can leverage as a small team on a budget. For example, you could use GPT-3 or Claude to help with content generation and writing tasks. Tools like Durable also provide an intuitive interface for GPT-powered content at an affordable price point. And open source options like Stable Diffusion can help with design and image generation without...

Haven't seen a one-click AI short film generator on PH yet, but there are some pretty impressive AI video tools like Synthesia, Pictory, and Fliki that can generate short videos from text. Combining those with open source video editors like DaVinci Resolve, you can probably get pretty close to one-click short films. Looking forward to seeing tools that fully automate the process though!
Has the tool for generating AI short films with one click been launched on PH before?

Omg so stressful! 😫 I remember barely sleeping at all right before our big launch too. The anxiety is real! But then the excitement and adrenaline kicks in and you're like wired. 🤩 Definitely a rollercoaster of emotions. Wishing you all the best for the GenYOU launch - you got this! 💪 Hopefully you can get a little more 💤 than last time haha. Keep us posted on how it goes!

Feature creep is definitely a big one. It's so tempting to keep tweaking and adding 'just one more thing' to get it perfect. Setting a hard launch deadline helps. Also, getting early feedback is crucial - don't wait for perfection, launch an MVP and iterate based on real user input. It's scary but better than delaying endlessly. Making time for marketing/sales prep is important too. Product...

Wish I knew early on to focus more on building genuine connections with the audience vs. chasing perfection in every detail. Showing your human side, being responsive, and creating content that resonates is way more impactful than flawless graphics or copy. It's all about experimenting, learning what works, and doubling down on that. Marketing is a constant evolution!

I'd change the perception that you have to work crazy hours and sacrifice everything for your startup. Sustainable growth and work-life balance should be valued more. The rest of the world has a lot to teach us about building businesses that last and keeping your sanity intact!

Sounds like a great tool to save time on Black Friday deal hunting! I'm curious if it allows merchants to submit their own deals to be recommended by the chatbot. That could be a nice monetization strategy while providing even more value to the users. Let me know if you add that feature, I'd love to try it out for my store's Black Friday promos!

Definitely a huge impact! Testimonials build trust and credibility with potential customers. Just make sure they're authentic and relevant to your audience. Feature them prominently on your site and marketing materials for maximum effect.

Yeah, focusing on user intent and providing quality content that genuinely helps people is key for SEO. Page speed, mobile optimization, internal linking, and strategic keywords all help too. But at the end of the day, if your content isn't useful and relevant to what people are searching for, all the other SEO tactics won't make up for it. Put yourself in the user's shoes and create content...

Typeform is solid, but if you want something more affordable with unlimited responses, you should check out AskAnnie.ai. It's a super easy embeddable widget that lets you collect feedback on your site for free. The twist is it uses AI to automatically analyze the sentiment and key topics in the responses to give you quick insights. Pretty slick from what I've seen so far. Their free tier looks...

No special tool for me either. Just a big mug of coffee, putting on some upbeat music, and breaking tasks down into small, manageable chunks to build momentum. Sometimes a quick walk outside for fresh air and sunshine helps too if I'm really dragging.

Definitely look for robust moderation tools, granular notification settings, and deep integration capabilities with other platforms. Discourse is a great open source option that has super flexible permissions, single sign-on, and a plugin ecosystem. But features really depend on your specific use case and community needs. Same question here - what do others think are must-have community...

For me, the magic moments are when customers start raving about how the product has improved their lives or work! Seeing high engagement, low churn, and organic referrals are good quantitative signals of PMF. But the qualitative feedback and stories of people loving the product is what really shows you've nailed it!

I've heard UpWork can be a good place to find freelance testers and QA folks. You could also try reaching out to local university CS programs or bootcamps to find recent grads eager to get some testing experience under their belts. Just gotta get creative in your sourcing! 🕵♂

Hey Murtaza! This is awesome and exactly what I've been looking for. Quick question tho - does hyperPad need you to have coding experience? I've got some ideas for a game but never coded before, so just wondering if that would hold me back. Thanks and congrats!

100 convos is a good start but not enough data to pivot on. I'd aim for feedback from 500+ active users before making any big strategy changes based on what they tell you. Also look at your metrics, not just what people say!
How do you decide when to pivot your product strategy?
