We are fortunate to have a small support team. They do a great job of filtering and qualifying feedback. We also directly ask for feedback every Friday on Twitter and in our weekly newsletter.
How do you handle customer feedback? Have you considered using AI to filter out feedback?

Not engaging with the community beforehand. I made so many connections in the month leading up to my launch and they really made all the difference.

Social listening. I like to use google trends and google ad words to figure out what keywords I want to or should consider targeting, then go to social media and see if anyone is using them frequently or driving traffic to a particular space.

Strong CTAs are so valuable and often overlooked, especially if you are not "selling" something. I strive to put a CTA in every content piece I publish to support and facilitate engagement.

Congrats on the milestone! What an achievement.
I could not agree more with your points. Doing unbiased market research, although hard, is such an important step many people overlook.

Yes! I like to create a to-do list for the week and then break it down by day. I normally make a task list the week before and slowly add to it as the week goes on. Then I like to review it on Monday AM, and assess what is truly a priority and then create a daily list from there.
Do you always create a task list before beginning your workday?
