I don't always take my breaks outside, but when I do, I feel more calm and focused. I think it’s the change of scenery that helps.

I’ve heard AI can automate routine tasks like follow ups. That would give me more time to focus on building relationships with high-priority leads.

In my experience, a mix of both works best. You need someone who has the skills but can also mesh well with the team.
