Dynamic Time Management by Simon Phillips.
I got stuck with trying to balance between family life and a few different projects. Itās very insightful.

Personally I think new products will always win (for most people.)
Userās tend to have shiny object syndrome and like trying out different things. This can be overcome with the right budget. But if youāre not the top 10 in your niche, new products can be more cost effective.
I have a free tool section on one of my products and when these tools get traction, I build it as its own product.

Like everything here, it depends on the purpose of your launch.
Wanting a product hunt badge for social proof? Post anywhere product hunt users are.
If you want to gain new users/customers, then post where your target audience is.
Are PH-themed groups on social media useful for building an audience before the launch?

From my experience it depends on the business size.
Most companies (80+ employees) Iāve had dealings with tended to have some custom solution in Australia.
These have been outdated systems that are slowly showing their age. Iāve seen many of them moving towards cloud based services such as Hubspot or Zendesk.

I offer account credit in exchange for taking a quick survey.
If the survey responses are higher than 70% the final page will ask for a testimonial and provide relevant links.
If itās below 70% I ensure we can fix concerns the customer has before leaving a review.
Probably get more drop off on the process but it leaves us with great reviews.
How to ask customers to provide a testimonial?

Iāve used the AnyDesk app on my ipad to access my computer so I can manage some server settings.
It definitely wasnāt an enjoyable experience, but it helped me achieve what I needed to do.
Have you programmed from your phone?

How do you prioritise/manage feedback from customers?
Interested to hear what strategies others are using from positive/negative feedback when improving their service or saas.

Generally Iāll only engage with people who have a streak. It shows their commitment to the platform.
Im happy to support people who stick around and give back to the community.
Im sure youāve seen many people come and engage for 1 week, launch and then leave.
Why streaks are important on PH?

It really depends on the context. If I feel itās some random message they generated to create engagement, Iāll ignore it. If I get the feeling they did some heavy prompting to help them articulate their point, Iāll reply.
While itās easy to dismiss stuff as spam, some people use it as a tool to communicate in a second language.
Do you reply to comments/messages that have obviously been written by ChatGPT?

Cold email is one of my favourite channels. Itās easy to stand out when you actually do it correctly.
Fortunately for us, many people think a personalised first name and pasted copy isnāt spam.
We only target people who are a fit for our product. Each person has a custom landing page that is super personalised to them.
Is email one of the channels you use to reach potential customers?

Both in their own right. If you have long term goals then a great product will eventually market itself. If it has a short lifespan or you need to be quick to market then great marketing.

Hey Franyer, congrats on the launch! A few questions:
Can clients download their invoices?
If so, any plans for a client portal to download previous invoices?

Thanks for the insight Asrul. As it gets traction, it would be interesting to hear an update how many users you acquire from chrome.
