How do you see internal tools adding value to business operations?
I see many compelling stories from the likes of FAANG and other giants like Spotify - on the value internal tools drive for them.
There is not much from scales-ups / startups and their perception of internal tools.
Would love to hear some stories/thoughts on the matter.
From the perspective of an internal tool PM and an internal tool developer.

What's your go-to Slack command. If it's a custom one - would love to hear your story!
We recently whipped up a command to fetch sales lead info from our DB to Slack channel to cut down time asking around or loading up CRM and fetching. Results are great! Saving considerable time reducing the back n forth.
Would love to hear your experiences with Slack commands.

Have been using Google Data Studio but we find it bit limiting and a lot of dependency on 3rd party tools. So now using DronaHQ (https://www.dronahq.com) to create a no-code custom dashboard

I also use the Group Tabs feature in Chrome - helps me get through the tabs/tasks in chunks that i can close off or minimize as i need. Have not explored any tools or extensions yet
How many tabs are too many tabs? 🤔 Suggest a tab management tool 🙏
