Including a dashboard to keep track of the whole team was a great addition. Managers can monitor exactly how much their team is doing directly. Is it viable to add a messaging feature so related tasks could be conveyed there?

This product can help out in making improvements based on consumer feedback by consolidating reviews. However, it would be useful to motivate consumers to provide feedback on every purchase. If the percentage of consumers reviewing the product are far lesser than those buying, the feedback would not be completely honest.

Keeping consumers in the loop is essential to constantly develop and improve. But it might help if consumers can provide feedback on new developments as well. When the ideas are published in a public roadmap, can the public give opinions on it?
