Hiring MBA's for your start-up's c-level positions. Why or Why not?
Is an MBA degree still relevant? If you have an experience in hiring and working with someone with a MBA degree, what have you witnessed that you would otherwise have not seen in a non-MBA degree employee?

It is extremely difficult to share knowledge in depth among cross-functional teams. But when a new member joins the team, I found that a few in-person sessions with a couple of Q and A sessions to finish off get people's heads in the game. From then on, I'd like to use the method called 'pushing him/her off the cliff' where a new member will be put on a real task with only a little guidance.
How do you share knowledge inside your company?

I'm picking up PS5. But I doubt I'll have much time to play. Newly-wed and busy with work and all that. Regardless, there's been a lack of good pc games lately and I've passed on PS4 to wait for a next gen console.
Which gaming console will you be picking up this week?

How has remote work affected your job performance?
More companies are permanently adopting remote work, and it seems like this will continue even after we're over the whole Pandemic. Let's try to be very honest and subjective in answering. Most people are biased when asked this question depending on their affinity to working remotely.
Also, it would be nice to discuss in the comments what affected your performance to increase/decrease.

As a performance marketer who has used a few tools that show ad intelligence, this is by far the most informative and easy-to-use. One feedback though is that it is sometimes hard to look for a particular brand and product especially when the brand/product name is generic.

Interesting stuff! I would love it if there was a feature where I could search for interests which a certain demographic (say, between the age of 40~60) is highly concentrated.

I think in school, many of us procrastinate because of unclear objectives. Not many students are clear as to what they want to do in the future and what objectives (short-term and long-term) they'd like to achieve.
Personally, I've broken out of my procrastination habit once I started working and had a career that I really like and was good at. I finally knew what I wanted to do in the long...
