Not sure if it's unconventional, but time blocking on my calendar has been a game changer for me.

First launch was 1-1-2022 and it's getting relaunched this weekend since it's had major enhancements. It's been a journey as that one got Product of the Day and I so hope that it can again since a lot of work has gone into it's rebuild with great new features.

It really is intense but really cool relationships build from this tribe of makers and innovators. It's not just about launch day. Re-launch the same product (same link) when you update and add features, the vote count increases as the product link doesn't change. Your community grows and provides valuable feedback.

It depends on other factors beyond the launch day. One factor is what are you doing to get your community involved in your launch and outside of Product Hunt to build awareness. Another element is the unknown of launching on a day when a more popular product launches that can drown your efforts.

Definitely subscribe on the free plan at Qwoted.com so get mentions in media/journalists writings on subjects you are an expert in. Featured.com is another good resource to get noticed.
