We're about to relaunch Charlie News ... which we first launched about 15 months ago.
Anyone got any great tips on how relaunches work and how to gather a little momentum before hand? 🙏

A little over a year ago we launched Charlie - our News Chatbot...
... we're about to drop a big update but I'm a bit confused how PH's new product structure works for new releases of products that have launched in the past.
Can someone explain?
Should we start fresh or do a "New Launch"?
Do previous UpVotes, Commenters etc get any kind of notification?
Anyone got any...

💛 OneSub — It’s the only bit of the OneSub family I’ve never posted on Product Hunt but I love it and use it, almost without realising, every day.
Needs a bit of TLC and a brush up so if anyone has any ideas or feedback I’m all ears!

Has Product Hunt just scuttled the Ship? ⛴
We've used PH's sidecar project "Ship" for a few launches. It costs ~$79/month and helps with a lander & mailing capability...
Today, we've noticed that we're able to list our upcoming launch on their new "Coming Soon" tool.
Does this mean the end of Ship? Anyone else know what's going on?

🧠 A few folk have asked me about our use of AI. I've put a discussion up on the community boards here and want to be super clear that we do not use, nor will we likely ever use, generative content.
I currently don't trust it to be accurate, so I wouldn't ask for you to trust it either.

Do we think that the average person on the street realises that however clever AI is right now, with DALL•E, GPT-3 or even our things like Nüz... it's nothing more than a mathematical party trick.
Why does this matter?
I really worry that we're blurring the lines around "trust" - particularly with generative content.
