Perhaps we'll start seeing some sort of "human-included" filter or verification on sites.
Maybe through something that loosely resembles auto-moderators and scanning systems today to indicate and allow users to select for content that's either ai-created, ai-assisted, or likely had no ai used in the making of it.
I might want to read fully ai-generated content but, more than that, I'd like to...
When AI generates content, what happens to the desire to read it?

What book helped you become a better conversationalist?
For professional settings, I loved Never Split the Difference by Chris Voss.
For personal use, The Fine Art of Small Talk by Debra Fine.
And of course, shout out to the OG Dale Carnegie.

What's your go-to tool stack on a new project?
Asked the latest guest this question on the Create Connected podcast and realized it's not one that I've run into too often on forums.
Excited to hear everyone's answers!

Makers, how do you like to unwind + relax?
I find we makers sometimes have atypical ways of unwinding and relaxing. Domain name browsing anyone? Deep journaling? Skydiving?

Great question! One of the best ways I've met big challenges is to make my peace with the process. Even encourage myself to enjoy the difficult parts. Kind of like a walking meditation on the way to the summit.
This helps me savour the journey and increases the odds that I'll run eagerly towards the next challenge that seems worth tackling.
How do you usually overcome challenges?

How do you keep to MVP on a solo project?
Minimum viable product, scope creep, bells & whistles, "polishing a turd". All phrases orbiting around the idea of "put it out when it's at a minimum threshold" or good-enough.
On teams, there's a feeling of consensus that it's ready.
On solo projects though, that barometer seems harder to calibrate.
How do you all know when it's time to push *the button*?

How do you think AI will change creative art forms?
Had an interview recently for the Create Connected podcast and got asked by the guest how I thought generative AI (like ChatGPT) would affect creativity.
Happy with my answer, but I'm curious how other makers/builders/creatives see it, too!

It seems like it might have revealed how people were leaning on work for a friend group, and how that might not be the best place to form authentic, lasting connections.
A team/room's atmosphere definitely feels different (at least for me) when everyone wants to be there versus has to be there.
I think a lot of team/department leadership thought they'd engineered the former when it was...

In some ways (and in the right headspace) I like to celebrate failures more.
β’ It frees up time for success
β’ It teaches more immediate lessons
β’ It shows I made an attempt, which is more than just thinking about doing
In my mind, kudos go to those who:
never started < failed < succeeded
Should we celebrate failures the way we celebrate success?

Do you warm up for creative thinking/action? If so, how?
Recently interviewed a YouTuber/content marketer for my podcast and we discussed using "stream of consciousness" to kick-start the process. Made me curious how others might do it, too!
