We've been doing word of mouth and placing stickers around our city. So far, the guerilla sticker placement has been a cheaper alternative to Google Ads!

Hey Rayan, your landing page looks very sleek and modern! In general I like the look of it, but here are some nitpicking notes:
-Your tagline doesn't help me understand exactly what AirMedia does or how it helps me (but it does sound like a cool one-liner a superhero might say!)
-Some of the sections appear spread out on a high-res monitor (like the pictures and words are too far...

Besides the obvious ones of posting about changes on your own social media, dev logs, and update notes:
1. Try asking brand ambassadors or power users to post about those features specifically
2. If you can make a comparison to a similar feature on another app, it is a good way to "teach" users how it works
3. Word of mouth!
4. Newsletters, ProductHunt, reddit!
What is your advice for how to introduce a new feature to users without using any development?

Just kidding lol - I need to go to a conference for my main job, so unfortunately I'm just waiting for my team to finish up their current sprint finishing up a few app screens. I like to be more hands-on, but I have faith that my team will get it done while I'm out!

Because our project is a bit more niche and doesn't require any upfront investment by our B2B customers, we might have had an easier time - we were cold-emailing potential partners and closed our first B2B deal within the first month or two!

We're going with the freemium model. Since we're launching a B2B2C app, we want to make sure we can attract as many customers for our B2B partners. By making it free with paid premium options, we're opening the door to a revenue stream, but not forcing it like with a free trial!

I haven't launched yet, but I've been engaging with the PH community before I do. I think it's important to understand the landscape, the people, and what you're asking for instead of just going in blind. Plus, you might get good ideas to implement for your own launch later!
