Hey Product Hunt Community! 👋
We are excited to launch our product here. We believe it changes the game for remote and distributed teams along with individuals who are focused on short and clear communication. Confirmed by many teams.

I combine techno music with https://coffitivity.com which helps me to focus on my work. This increases my productivity because it makes me feel like I'm working from the public place
How do you use music to enhance productivity? What kind of music do you prefer while working?

We were building a tool inside our product with more than 30 people for about 6 months. And just before the launch we realized that no one needs it. We relied on our current power users' feedback and it turned out they just didn't want to tell us the truth and disappoint us because of their loyalty.

Hey Seraina! Great question! I've been working in a startup and the company growth was quite impressive. Once we switched to LeSS framework, we started building cross-functional teams which decreased the communication for different roles. So, we decided to build communities and here's the structure we used:
👉 Design community — designers discussed tasks separated from their team flow, each...

I used to post something that requires engagement and brings value like quizzes which can cover almost every topic and motivate the audience to discuss it.
It is a good call to add polls and ask your audience to add more options in comments, people like to discuss their own experience

Hey Nazar. Usually, I use my network and ask people who match a certain criteria to try out my product. You can also find the right audience in relevant communities (you can try searching for people with the problems your product solves). Good luck

I don't believe in onboarding. Whatever you're trying to solve, can be done with better user experience.

My team is trying to solve the problem we're struggling with. Two years ago burnouts were something no one cared about and zoom fatigue even didn't exist. But the current reality is totally different — lot's of people struggle from packed schedule as the transition to remote doesn't seem to be smooth enough.
Our product is more about guiding distributed teams to more productive approach...

Your Remote Work Experience & Async Communication Use Cases
Hello friends,
In 2020, 2 weeks before the pandemic, my previous company forced us to switch to remote mode and it was quite painful for the whole team. I’ve been working as a product manager with two cross-functional teams with about 16 people and I was nuts about the time I spent on calls (x2 for two teams).
The problem is no one explained how to deal with all this stuff, so I started...

We've been using LeSS (Large Scale Scrum) for about 2 years in my previous company and it worked perfectly for 150+ team members.
We tried to implement it before but the first attempt failed as we began to hack it somehow and adopt it to our current processes. From my experience, you can succeed only if you follow all the rules without tweaking the framework.
I can also mention that it's...

You can rely on early adopters of your product and help them grow as experts by creating useful content for your audience in the very beginning. This helps you take a look at the content that your audience find useful from the other perspective and reveal something that you might miss
