I started planning in college but I really got better in planning once I began working at ProductiveFlourishing.com because I began to understand the importance of time blocking and focus blocks. These are concepts I did not hear about until I began working here.
At what point in your trajectory did you start planning in a way that worked for you?

I would say not working on the right things in the right way. It all goes downhill when you do this. I have been there.

I think the best way to approach it is starting with what is your overall main goal when it comes to your brand. What are the key points you want to have your target audience take away when it comes to your business. Starting with your "why" will help a great deal and that will keep you in alignment with staying true to who you are as a company.

This is such a great question. There are level to this. It depends on who in the company it impacts, is there a cost associated with it and what is the outcome needed from the possible decision. If it's a situation where a great deal of money is involved then it definitely will be a decision where the VP or Founder has to make.

It depends on what I am working on. For instance, if I am working on a big project, I like going from Monthly to Weekly and then daily. But when it comes to routine projects I like daily for me. Great question.
What’s your favorite time frame for planning? Daily, Weekly, or Monthly?

One of the company's values at our company is to make the work environment a safe space. When we are working on a project or plan and may see things differently, we are able to communicate in a way where the team feels heard and no one feels attacked or belittled. I value this so much working at Productive Flourishing.

I really do. Using Momentum helps a lot with focusing on what I need to do and also being able to have better time management using it. Also having more confidence in myself is allowing me to live up to my full potential. Great question.

Depending on how frequent we are having the meetings and if there is an agenda doc let's me know if its worth my time. Also if its a personal meeting I look at what else would I be doing if I was not in this meeting. If I am meeting a friend for lunch I look at is this a friend I really want to spend time with, are they draining my energy, or are they giving positive energy. These are some of...

I like to look at what I want to accomplish that is not as fun for me. That way I get that out of the way and it doesn't linger in my mimd the whole day.

No I do not. The energy you take in has a lot to do with your success. Things always seem to work out for the best even when you don't think they will, if you stay positive

It's hard to have that water cooler time that is spontaneous. If you don't have a meeting planned it won't happen. However, being remote allows you to reach anyone across the world. There are no limits whatsoever. One of my co-workers is in Italy and I am in Miami, Florida. That amazes me. The company we work for is somewhat always functioning at some point because we are in so many different...

I learned so much! Product Hunt is a great community and its very important to be engaged. Also if you can, include a video from your founders. It helps others grab a sense of who you are and your commitment to the product.

I honestly heard about PH from one of my team members and it really seemed like an authentic community not robots but real people and I like to learn about new products and also my team and I launched a product on it as well. The engagement is fun and I am learning more and more about tech on this platform.
