I had experience working with micromanagers. Usually, I tried to be proactive in my communication, always being crisp and clear on the deliverables/expectations. Trying to be as organized as possible and all of this really helped to avoid friction and constant reporting to managers.

I am a morning person. I have higher energy during this time and my mind is already decluttered from the last day's work and stress so feel more productive.

For me, it's the revamping of our website and modifying GTM as we had our soft launch last month. Also on the side preparing our launch on PH, hopefully, will aim to get some eyeballs and valuable feedbacks!!
