For me is blocking out the time to manage and answer all the questions. Making sure you're taking the time to respond in a genuine way. But sometimes it's filtering out the ones where you know is asked purely for personal gains like an upvote on their launch or otherwise a way to sell their service. I feel like it's something you can't get away from.

I think this is definitely the hardest hurdle for early stage founders and start ups. One of the main reasons we launched today (https://www.producthunt.com/post...) to start building our distribution. Share yours and i'll return the favour.

100% the narrative. If the story is not cohesive or broad.. it'll be difficult to get a true understanding of how it'll fit in with the workflow and life of your target ICP.

I think having a free tier helps to land your product and from there expand within the business. Its also a great way for new users to try before commiting to the product.

Lack of vision definitely, additionally a lack of cohesion at the leadership level.

Directly from the people we're building our product inorbit.io for. The green flag for us is that its a repeatable problem to which there are no direct tooling for. It happens often and is painful. If they do have a solution its either too costly or time consuming and at that point its an indicator for us to take the time to narrow in on that value proposition and build.
