Does the new forum design affect your post engagement?
I’m still getting used to the new forum design. But I’ve been wondering, does the new layout or features impact how much engagement your posts get?
Do you feel it’s helping your posts stand out more, or has it made things quieter?

DeepSeek, ChatGPT, or Claude?
With so many incredible AI models out there—DeepSeek, ChatGPT, Claude, and more—it’s tough to pick a favorite! Each one shines in its own way, and now users have the freedom to explore and choose the one that fits their needs best.
I’m beyond excited to share that my product, Verve AI Interview Copilot, now supports multiple models, including DeepSeek! This means users can customize their...

What’s one feature PH could add to better recognize makers?
The Kitty Point system is a great start for recognizing contributions to PH, but what else could be implemented to better showcase makers' creativity, effort, and impact?

If Product Hunt had a swipe feature, what would be on your profile?
Imagine if Product Hunt had a swipe feature—a bit like a dating app, but for products and makers. What would you highlight on your profile to grab attention and make people swipe right?
I’d probably go for an eye-catching title paired with a creative prompt to introduce my product—something that sparks curiosity and starts a conversation. A fun GIF or quirky tagline might also help me stand...

What’s a subscription you’ll never cancel, and what’s one you’ve dropped recently?
For me, I don’t see myself canceling my GPT subscription anytime soon. I use it regularly for generating marketing and SEO-related content, and it’s been a huge time-saver. But I recently canceled a meal kit subscription. It was convenient at first, but I realized I wasn’t using it enough to justify the cost.
What about you? What’s a subscription you can’t live without, and what’s one you’ve...

The two prices we pay for the things we buy
I recently came across an insightful article that discussed how most things we buy come with two prices. The first price is the actual dollar amount we pay to own the item. The second price is the time, effort, and mental energy required to actually use and maintain it.
For example, I bought a record player because I loved the idea of listening to vinyl—it felt nostalgic and special. But after...

Will remote work stay or fade in 2025?
Amazon has officially rolled out their RTO (Return-to-Office) policy, igniting discussions about whether remote or on-site work drives greater efficiency.
As an entrepreneur, I often find myself thinking: if I had an office, would I ask my team to return on-site, or would I lean towards flexibility with remote or hybrid models? Each approach has its own set of advantages and challenges.
What...

How do you feel about the TikTok ban in the US?
I’ve seen people joking about the ban, saying goodbye to their personal 'Chinese spy' and that they’ll miss it, even calling themselves 'TikTok refugees' 😂
But on a serious note, how do you feel about the potential ban? Will you switch to platforms like Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts, or take a break from short-form video content altogether?

My team tried posting interview-related memes on Reddit, and one of them actually went viral! We got a good amount of attention and karma points. The best part about social media marketing is that it’s free, though it might not always be as efficient as paid ads when it comes to targeted reach.

From what I’ve heard, the first step is for the maker to send an email to the PH team. After that, it’s all about getting as many upvotes as possible within the first couple of hours of your launch to gain momentum.
