How has this not yet been hunted is beyond me, but I've not tried the product yet either. That being said, I intend on giving it a whirl this year. It's Salesforce's CRM built for small businesses. Sort of.

I had to tinker around a bit on the site to "get it" - and I love it. However, it's unfortunate that the true value here is not jumping off the page. A SHORT video explainer would go far. Nobody wants to watch a 16-min Gary V video right off the top. The product is awesome, the sell isn't. Address the true(r) pain immediately, maybe A/B test it.
