Hi all, Tyler here from Vancouver, Canada - it's good to meet you! After the better part of a decade spent in various product roles in the building automation industry, I have witnessed first-hand just how valuable readily accessible customer feedback can be to product teams, and, inversely, how inefficient organizations can become if this data is not available. I am working on a project that will make it easier than ever to collect, analyze, and ultimately take action on customer feedback, and I can't wait to share it with you all!
