Why is collecting, managing, and taking action on customer feedback a challenge?
In my product management experience, I found the platforms we used required a lot of overhead in order to categorize and review feedback, to the point where we were not reviewing items regularly and missed opportunities to take action on high-impact, low-effort items.
What challenges do you face in your approach to collecting, managing, and taking action on customer feedback?

Hey Bonnie, I have not used an app like this before, but as one who loves tracking personal metrics (calories, steps, activities, sleep, work-focus, etc.) it would be appealing to better understand the impact my actions are having on the environment. I signed up!

I think over time, businesses heavily reliant on AI face losing an understanding of how the systems they rely on actually function due to black-boxing.

My approach while in the corporate world was to ensure that I spent some time on Friday 'triaging' the following week. I would typically slot some time Monday morning to run through emails and get myself organized. Now that I am working for myself, it's easier to get the train moving on Monday's because I just don't stop it over the weekend 😅!

Same here! At least, since I recently left a corporate role, working weekends still feels like bonus productivity rather than a must-do.
