You can repeatedly acquire and convert users. High account retention rate Net revenue retention rate >100% High NPS

Make a good copy. One you have a product, during launch your main goal is to make people click on it to learn more.

We're launching this week, I was curious to ask what lessons have you learned from your launch that didn't go as planned?

Daily. We use it for documentation. Some day we might use it for public documentation.

Are you asking about feature prioritization or writing feature descriptions for developers?

Long walks alone. It also helps to be creative and come up with new ideas.

Marketing. Good products die because of poor marketing and a lack of leads (and customers).

Launch as early as you can. We had the most valuable launch on Product Hunt when we posted on Hacker News and somebody hunted our product. We knew about the launch 3 days later. 😅

I consider building in public as a marketing channel (community building, those who will follow you in your journey) and an acquisition model, but it will also attract non-ICP users, and be ready to distinguish signal from all the noise.
