How do you spin all your plates without dropping them?
Hey fellow makers & founders 👋
As founders, you have to juggle a lot..
At a high level you have - product, strategy, sales, marketing, management. but, we know each one of these is a full time job themselves
I've been working on Ventroduce (already launched) for 4+ months, and will drop balls every now and again!
Are there any tools/frameworks you use to prioritizing what you work...

I find it really helpful to give context and get the scene
Usefully start talking through a few customer developments highlights. It becomes really easy then to create a logical digestible narrative
What do you think to using slides vs no slides?

But, one thing Ive learnt is that what people say and what people do can be two very different things. So, its always good to look at the data/ usuage

I would say there's a healthy balance
But, there are some weeks where you do more of one than the other. For me, its helps to zoom out and see if im working towards (or away) from my larger goals
Hope this was useful :)
