For our org, it's important and we essentially monitor it daily. By removing unused resources and downscaling overprovisioned resources, we've saved more that 40% on our build. But it takes a lot of time to find and deal with those resources. I'd love to learn what strategies and procedures others follow periodically to save money in the cloud.

OBS Studio! It's a little harder to learn, but once you have about an hour or so of experience with it, you're able to do most of the demos you need to do.
