We use GanttPRO - a project management and Gantt chart software that is widely used for planning and scheduling tasks, managing projects, and work collaboration.
You can attach files and documents to tasks in GanttPRO, which can help team members access and share relevant resources. Comments and discussions are also available there.
Highly recommended for work and team collaboration.
