    @jakeharr, that sounds like the best (maybe only?) way to find out what onboarding needs to look like. Maybe a script/living document which could get more formalized and automated over time...?

It's crucial to initiate the onboarding experience with a clear value proposition and utilize it to guide users toward the "aha moment." Achieving this moment serves as a benchmark for user activation and boosts adoption. TIPS - Clearly communicate the value of your product upfront. - Avoid overwhelming users with excessive information or steps. - Concentrate on the core features that deliver immediate value. - Minimize the use of jargon and employ plain language to describe the value. - Gradually introduce information and features as users explore your product, starting with the essentials and gradually incorporating more advanced features. - Remember that onboarding is an ongoing process, and it should evolve as your product or service does.
