Working in a diverse team often means collaborating with non-native speakers. Having non-native speakers on the team enriches our perspectives and skills, but it also brings unique communication challenges. Being aware of these challenges and providing support, such as clear communication and translation tools, helps ensure everyone can contribute effectively. Are there non-native speakers on your team, and how do you manage communication with them?

Yeah, most of my colleagues (including me) are non-native english speakers. It does have some small challenges sometimes, but we use sketching a lot and that makes it so everyone can visualise the concepts and ideas.

@lumi_nertan That's great to hear. Visual tools like sketching can be incredibly effective in bridging language gaps. It sounds like your team has a solid approach to overcoming those small challenges!
