Participated in the survey, I get the most work done while having a to-do list for a day's work aligned to our bigger goals. Keep things simple and follow a routine which allows you to be consistent.

I would say that good time management starts with TimeAudit which you can do on a sheet of paper. have you ever heard about Buy Back Your Time by Dan Martell? Amazing book! here is a discussion: https://www.producthunt.com/disc...

Interesting concept! In terms of reflecting on the week, I've found two things that really help me to learn if I'm being effective and also track progress--sometimes it can be really hard to see either of those things and work can lose purpose. 1. Write out my successes for the week.. where were there wins!? Big or small, what can be celebrated or reinforced? 2. What did I say yes and what did I say no to? The culmination of your decisions outlines what you're truly prioritizing, no matter what you think your priority is! Mindfully tracking this has helped me more consciously make decisions that align with my intended priorities.

Submitted! I journal and think about the last day at night and plan my day in the morning. I don't really measure my time, but maybe I should... πŸ˜€
@aghhelmut I do same too. Journaling, having a to do list and retrospection have really helped me for a while now! Permit me to also share our product with you. You may find it cool. It’s an AI-powered product discovery tool that automates research and cuts down research time form 7hours to 7 minutes. You can check it out and support us here (https://www.producthunt.com/prod...)

For me I'm the most productive if I start my day right. I struggle if I wake up late and start everything late. Staying up with schedule is can help me push myself.

Reflecting on your work routine and productivity can be an important step in improving your effectiveness and achieving your goals. Here are a few things you might consider asking yourself: How do I spend my time during the workday? Am I focusing on the most important tasks, or am I getting bogged down in distractions and unimportant details? Are there specific times of day when I am most productive? Can I schedule my most important tasks during those times to make the most of my energy and focus? Do I take regular breaks throughout the day to rest and recharge? Or do I push through until I burn out? Am I making the most of my tools and resources? Are there new technologies or apps that could help me work more efficiently? How do I handle interruptions and distractions? Are there ways I can reduce or manage them more effectively? Am I setting clear and achievable goals for myself? Are my priorities aligned with my long-term goals? Do I feel satisfied and fulfilled by my work? Or am I feeling burnt out and demotivated? Finally, What can I do to improve my overall productivity, both in the short-term and long-term? Answering these questions can help you identify areas where you can make changes to improve your work routine and productivity. It may also help you to have a better work-life balance, which will make you more productive in the long run.
