Oof yeah, Salesforce is way too bloated and complex for most SaaS needs. I'd recommend checking out more lightweight and modern CRMs built for SaaS like Zendesk Sell, Pipedrive, or Close. They can scale with you without all the headaches of SF. But curious what others think... anyone had success with HubSpot CRM for SaaS?

Yep Salesforce is way overpriced and bloated for most SaaS use cases. I'd check out Hubspot CRM, super affordable for startups and has a modern UI that's easy for the team to use. Pipedrive is great too if you want something really streamlined and simple.

@miacharlotteanderson i Feel like hubspot still has the old comercial interface but the amount of ready to use integrations keeps it still the best for me. Also been using Folk a lot lately and I feel like it could be my main in a few releases.
