Definitely check out Good Strategy Bad Strategy by Richard Rumelt. It really clarifies what strategy is (and isn't) and provides great frameworks. For a classic, try Competitive Strategy by Michael Porter - oldie but goodie on analyzing industries and competitors to inform your strategy.
