Can we consider a 2C app as a SaaS business?

Recently, I have been reading articles about SaaS businesses and striving to gain experience to propel my app, Nativer, forward. However, I have observed that the conversation around SaaS predominantly revolves around B2B (business-to-business) models. Consequently, I ponder whether I should regard a 2C (business-to-consumer) app as a SaaS business in order to ensure my marketing efforts are heading in the right direction.
