@deep_k Another note when it comes to equity among founder, is how equity is split between founders says a lot about the team and CEO of a company and equity split is something that is looked at fairly closely with investors as well.
Unless you truly believe equity should be equal this is a good time to parse out each others roles and have hard conversations not only with yourself internally but with each other as well. In the long run this will make for a stronger founding team.
