I think using AI chatbots on website is the future now :
1. 24/7 Customer Support
2. Capable of handling even the most complex queries
3. Relatively Cheaper

1. One of the major advantages of AI chatbots is that they can handle a large volume of queries simultaneously, ensuring no customer has to wait.
2. Unlike human representatives, chatbots provide consistent responses, ensuring that every customer gets accurate and standardized information.
However, on the flip side, I've also observed that
1. AI chatbots are effective, but sometimes they may miss the subtle emotional cues in a user's enquiry, which might result in unsatisfying conversations.
Additionally, relying too heavily on chatbots can sometimes mean not having enough human interaction, which might be crucial for more complicated or sensitive queries.
Overall, despite the enormous potential of AI chatbots, it appears that striking a balance between human interaction and AI effectiveness is the best course of action.
